Very responsive and friendly. Made what can be a stressful situation entirely stress free for us. We are based out of Brisbane now and basically sent a message to Sam to list our apartment and he took care of everything from there. Only a month to find a buyer and secure a deal. My experience with this real estate agency was unfortunately disappointing. I found their approach to be unprofessional at times, and there were a few situations that felt intimidating or misleading. I value honesty and transparency when dealing with real estate matters, but I didn’t feel that this was always the case here. The process ended up being more stressful than it needed to be. I hope the agency takes this feedback on board to improve the way they communicate and treat clients in the future.

Andrew has been absolutely brilliant throughout the buying process. Right from the start, his honest, super-friendly nature shines through and put us all at ease during the buying process. He clearly knows his market very well and is a very trustworthy person in that his information was bang on and his advice truly helpful. He absolutely went way above and beyond to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process but beyond that he answered messages very promptly (including in the middle of the night!), nothing was too much for him, even helping us measure up for some items in the apartment and bringing his own laser measure to do so. We all highly rate Andrew as an absolute star in the real estate business, his affable nature, ability to put even the most nervous buyers at ease and his willingness to go way above and beyond certainly sets him aside as not only a brilliant agent but a great bloke all round. It really is very easy to see why he wins awards. (Hey Andrew, mind if we keep your details for when we sell one day?!).
