It was my pleasure working with Vinesh. He’s unique in the way he keeps a smooth and active communication chanel with buyers. He not only answered all my questions in a concise and informative manner, but also proactively offer advise for things that I hadn’t ever known to ask. More importantly, he makes me feel he’s a person that I can trust and discuss things. His professionalism is definitely worth getting five stars from me.

It was so refreshing to meet and work with Vinesh in purchasing our new home. He was different to other agents we had encountered, as he seemed genuinely interested in helping us in the process of buying a property. Even once the deal was done, he has been really helpful in negotiating access to our new property. He has made our family very happy in securing our new home.

I first met Vinesh at an open home in Auburn, he took me around the house. He explained me everything in detail. The best part about this, that he was not pressurising me into anything which made it extremely easy to talk to him. That first encounter/experience was, quite memorable and pleasant. After one year, when I was in the market to sell the house and choose the right agent to sell the house, I had the competitor selling agents offer me half price for selling the house but I choose Vinesh instead, the entire process was extremely smooth and easy. We sold the house before auction. I am extremely happy with the final result. I cannot thank Vinesh enough for the excellent job that he done for me at the very short notice period. East or west Vinesh is the best. Best at what he does and that is selling houses!!

From the initial prospect listing call / inspection to the point our unit sold - Greg has been impeccable, hardworking and straight out excellent in every area. No question was too hard, and we were kept informed of material developments at all times. As a BDM / Account Manager myself, I know a strong operating rhythm when I see one. Greg and his team have a process and it's refreshing to see a high level of precision and commitment in this industry. We got the result we wanted, at a fair price slightly above expections. A hearty thanks from us to Greg, Tom, Jen and the team at Starr Partners Auburn. Selling a 1 bedder in this market takes skill and patience. If you're thinking of listing, it has to be with Greg and the team from Starr Partners Auburn.
