The rental team is a bit chaotic in paying the bill on our behalf. However, I do recognise the hard work Vinesh has put on selling my property. He is very persistent and even went far and beyond to find me a tenant while my property is vacant. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended

I would have given Greg a six starts if there is an option to do that on this platform. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or rent out your properties. Greg knows the property market very well and has good strategies in both securing a tenant for me and selling my property. He provided me with the market assessment and his expert opinion. He would let me make a decision without trying to put any pressures. He always provided me with regular updates on the open house timely. He sent me a detailed report as well. He was always available when I called him. He knows how to navigate through some of the tricky situations (e.g. getting commitment from the tenant for open houses appointments). He was always very calm no matter what situations we were in. Greg is also supported by a very nice & friendly team at Starr Partners. Thank you soooo much Greg for your help with my property.
