“I would like to thank you for your expertise in the sale of our investment property. We really appreciated the fact that you took the time to take buyers through that couldn’t make the open inspections and informed us thoroughly throughout the entire Auction process. It was an exciting experience and would highly recommend Vinesh Grounder to any prospective Vendor.”

I have known Vinesh for over 20 years. In all that time his diligence and honesty has always made him my go to agent for buying and selling. In this occasion he has delivered once again. His persistence with the buyer qualifying process meant minimal disruption to our long term tenants. The fact that he handles all delicate situations himself results in an upfront and transparent transaction that is rare in the industry. Thank you for your support and guidence in the sale of our home and I looking forward to hopefully using your services again in the future.
