I was looking for an investment property for nearly nine months and dealt with so many agents during that time. I called Vinesh first time in regards to a property at Station Street, but that was already sold. Thereon, he was constantly in touch with me with the property updates. His relationship driven attitude deserves kudos. When this property came in the market, he called me up for inspection. Although I liked this property but was indecisive hence inspected it three times but every time I asked about the appointment, a smiling and patient Vinesh was always there for us. I really don’t know what to say. Honestly, he has been extremely patient and helpful through this entire process, and did such a great job of guiding me through each step and making sure I understood what to expect next and what my responsibilities were. I sometimes thought this was never going to happen but he always remained in touch with me by giving us updates and as a result we have finally made it. Thanks Vinesh for your unflagging and good humoured support, for sticking with us through what seemed like a never ending trial. His knowledge, confidence, honesty and commitment to his profession is really appreciable. I heartily recommend Vinesh to all home buyers/sellers or investors.
