Greg took us through the recent auction of our home from our initial interest in selling to the sale From the beginning we found him to be helpful He explained the market to us and what we could expect He was correct in his valuation and we were happy with the eventual sale We appreciated his realistic approach and he was helpful and patient explaining all the details of the campaign He was very good with keeping us up to speed and took and returned our calls and queries promptly We would have no hesitation in recommending Greg as your agent Bernard & Karen Kelly

Greg & his staff are very professional in everything they do, they listen & follow through on all instructions given to them. We highly recommend Starr Partners Auburn to any one who requires a very diligent & result driven real estate agent.

From my first approach to the agency, Greg Okladnikov made everything very easy for me, explaining all I needed to know clearly and concisely and giving a realistic assessment of the market prospects of our property. As a full-time carer, I have no spare time and I value all the abilities extremely highly. I will recommend Greg and his agency to anyone who asks.

We went with another agent to begin with and had very little interest and poor communication. Switched over to Vinesh at Star and within 2 weeks the apartment was sold at a price we were only wishing to get. Vinesh kept us informed, and communicated each step of the way. An amazing agent which I highly recommend.

Limited buyers in a very difficult real estate environment but as he does time and again, he found that one buyer. Another great result.
