I originally decided to go with Starr Partners because I believe they have the most sales in the Auburn area. I had met Greg on one other occasion when he did an appraisal of my own property. I found him to be professional, very straight forward when requesting his opinion and he explained the whole process to my understanding and his rates were better all round. I received updates quite often from him and he was always happy to assist whenever needed. Our property was passed in at auction because we didn't reach our reserve. He didn't put pressure on us to sell convinced that we could get a better price, which we did, not long after. Greg was fantastic to work with, he was very informative, honest and had great market knowledge. He kept in constant communication with us about the sale of our property, including e-mails, phone calls and letters. We received feedback after every open home and inspection. Once the property was sold and leading up to settlement we received moving tips and useful information.
