We were happy to let Terri work her magic , she was clear & straight to the point when we had phone calls or face to face meetings. Needless to say we did not see what was happening in the background . all things considered we are very pleased with the outcome, I have noticed a cooling off trend in the market since our initial consult which was reflected in the sale price
