terri has been amazing through out the process, even before we get into the market consistently calling and make sure she can help with a property and after the process she still trying to make time for customer to inspect the house even when she is off, but when it come to prior settlement she got a little in patience with the process, terri needs to understand that once seller and buyer going through the process she needs to understand 2020 is not as quick as back in her days. its really out of the applicant controll overall its been good
