I found Terri via the Agent Select website when I was looking to sell my investment property in Merrylands. They provided me with the top three agents servicing Merrylands and their recent sales history of units. From memory, Terri had sold 56, with the next two sales people having sold 16 and 10 in the same timeframe. I interviewed the top three and found that Terri was the only agent to provide a clear sales plan, able to answer all my questions and provide rationale to her answers. I asked all three agents to appraise my property. One did not attend and gave me an appraisal from his office that even I knew did not reflect the current market. The other agent I had to chase for his appraisal and he did not appear overly interested in selling my property once he had completed his appraisal. I didn't hear from him again. Terri however, kept me in the loop throughout the appraisal, and then met me at a time that suited me at my home. She showed us a comparison of other properties on the market, including list prices and how long they had been on the market, aswell as how they compared to my property. Then she gave her appraisal of my property which I trusted based on the extensive property review that she presented me with. While it was not the price I hoped for, I knew this was just the current state of the market and believed that Terri's sales strategy we could help me sell the property in the time frame I hoped for. Terri sold my home via property launch, which worked like a silent auction. I received two offers with one being significantly higher than the other, had I have sold my home the traditional method I may of accepted the other offer, or received a lower offer as the competition would not have been there. I would recommend Terri as she has worked hard, always been available, kept us informed whenever there has been anything to report, and gone above what we expected from a real estate agent, and most importantly we are happy with the price.
