I think what i appreciated most about Matt was his straightforward communication style. He gave us regular updates and kept us in the loop. We had some negotiations with a difficult buyer that eventually fell through, but Matt and his team worked hard to find another buyer with a better offer. Even though Matt knew the price we would be happy at he pushed to get a better price that exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend Matt and his team.

Matt Carpenter, a pleasure to deal with, I would definitely use him again, knowledgeable and very helpful, a professional at his best. During the sale process our property was tenanted and managed by another agent which were based on the Northern Beaches. When our tenant vacated Matt was willing and able to assist my existing agent to help speed the process. Having only 2 weeks left on the market (after tenant vacated) Matt assisted my existing agent with issues arising when a tenant vacates a property, talk about an agent going over and beyond his duties. Throughout the sale process of our property, Matt provided exceptional communication, ensuring my husband and I were fully informed, he updated us every step and minute of the way, including with weekly updates on property visits and inspection attendances. His diligence in keeping us in the loop was most appreciated and commendable. In the end, we got more than we expected at auction, a real pleasure in dealing with Matt and his team, once again thank you for all your help and expertise!
