I am very pleased to have the opportunity to review my experience with Terri Godfrey. Right from the start I found Terri to be warm, friendly, and very down to earth. She offered a high level of availability and her communication was excellent - confirming inspection times, responding to texts and emails promptly, sending through any paperwork. Terri was accommodating and flexible, and nothing ever seemed too hard to arrange or reply to. She was diligent, thorough and professional - figures on hand, always punctual and respectful to tenants and owners when they opened up their properties for inspection, and proactive sending through new listings. While Terri's job is getting properties sold, I really valued that she was never pushy. Terri is a real asset to Starr Partners. After using a few other estate agents, I found Terri so outstanding, I decided to just engage with her. This was my first time in the property market on my own and I could not have hoped for a better guide to walk alongside me.
