Matt has all the attributes that you look for in an agent when selling your property, he's professional, knows the market, is personable, an effective communicator, very organised and knows how to juggle many priorities without dropping the ball. He's backed by a great team who are all dedicated to get you the best photos for the most effective advertsing campaigns and they know how to attract the right buyrers. Matt always kept me informed at every stage, and made sure I was satisfied with the direction everything was heading. What impressed me most was that amidst the pressure of rising interest rates and petrol prices and Trump, he still managed to get 2 decent offers on my property within the first 2 weeks. Just 4 weeks prior, other agents were advising me it wasn't a sellers market and to hold on to the property for a bit longer, otherwise I wouldn't get any decent offers.
