Our property search started early this year, she's been very helpful and considerate since the beginning. I remember Rita well from my first inspection at Greystanes back in March 2023. That property was not in a liveable condition, and Rita didn't hide it from us but instead recommended other properties in the market. Another instance was our final inspection; the settlement was on Monday, so Saturday or Friday were the only choices. Since we weren't aware of the opportunity for a final inspection, we gave Rita a very late notice to arrange the inspection.
