We were almost not going to go ahead with meeting Daniel, having had a strong prelimary meet with another sales agent. However, life got away and we thought it couldn't hurt to meet one more agent. We're glad we didn't cancel. Daniel was warm, professional, and advised up with a great strategy for our particular property type. He also advised us well regarding the timing of our sale. We were convinced and signed with him there and then. He and the team run a tight and very capable ship. We were impressed with the whole process from start to finish.
