A huge thank you to Matt from Starr Partners for assisting me in the sale of my home. He is a true professional. Matt was a real pleasure to deal with, he is passionate and dedicated, always willing to assist with any questions I had. His attention to detail, commitment and enthusiasm for selling our house was beyond our expectations. We were able to sell our home within our goal timeframe and Matt was extremely supportive through the journey when challenges arrived. Communication was strong and consistent, keeping us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Matt and his team to any prospective buyer or seller. Thank you again!

Matt was professional from first to last. Updates were always timely. The sale took longer than anticipated as the market lost steam, and interest rates went up. With Matt there was never any sense he was losing interest in the sale; instead he adjusted, innovated and continued to advise. Thank you.

This is the second time I’ve engaged with Ramin, this time as a buyer. Ramin was supportive and answered all my questions. He facilitated the appointments for the inspections and valuations with ease. Ramin also attended these appointments, so I was reassured that all was going well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ramin to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Matt Carpenter was on the ball from day one till Sold sign went up. Has extensive experience, professional & caring approach, never shy of doing overtime. Selling my home was an unsettling experience for me, but Matt walked me through it & never hesitated to make sure my anxiety didn’t take hold of me. Matt clearly loves his profession and we all know that if you’re in a job you love - it will show in all your interactions and processes. A super chilled young man with an ever present desire to listen, guide & advise his clients. He is an honest & caring human being- working in a role that has financial & legal pressures and can be traumatic for some of his clients who are not versed in all these matters. I am so lucky to have had him as my Agent. And I can’t recommend him enough- his kind nature & reassurance when I needed it, helped me sleep at night. Thank you Matt for getting me through this huge step in my life.

During the present market downturn Daniel was confident that if we met the market’s expectations we would be successful in achieving a sale. Daniel’s perseverance was proved correct when the property was sold after an extended sale period. I would recommend Daniel and his team to anyone seeking a professional and dedicated agency seeking to sell a property.

We spoke with four agents before engaging Starr Partners to sell our property. From the moment we met Matt and Joseph we knew they were the perfect agents for us. Their ultimate professionalism, respectfulness and friendliness stood out from the beginning and remained for the entire time our property was being sold. Matt was always available when we had a question, nothing seemed too much trouble, we were kept up to date with how our sale was progressing, and we were made to feel like we were the most important clients in their portfolio. Ours was an emotional sale and they found us, with the help of Katie and the rest of their team, the exact kind of buyer we had hoped for. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough, or thank him enough for his sound advice and guidance through this whole process.

Rita and the Starr Partners - Merrylands team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Rita made it her mission to find the perfect property to match my criteria. Buying your first property is such an exciting and stressful time. Many months of searching, many weekends filled of open homes and many conversations with different agents. Rita really stood out from the rest with her personalised approach. From the moment I met Rita, it was evident that her and Starr Partners matched my benchmark. It was from then I directed my search within Starr Partners. I would like to thank Rita and the Starr Partners team for their support in purchasing my first home.
