Daniel Starr recently sold my apartment and helped me purchase a house just in time. I know Daniel for 3-4 years, he is highly skilled and professional agent. I always enjoyed dealing with him, he made the buying and selling process so smooth and easy. I thank him for his work and dedication to the community. Abdullah Wardak

Matt really helped us understand what to expect every step of the way from beginning to end. He and his team worked hard and did an excellent job to market and sell our property. He kept us informed of the progress and kept us calm throughout. He has a lot of experience in the Merrylands location and we highly recommend him if you are looking to sell a property.

Daniel was profesional and worked hard to secure a sale. From our first meeting he was already on the phone organising trades to make the place look great. Highly recomended to sell with.

Daniel listed our property and from the first day he was super professional and very supportive throughout the whole process, from doing a initial visit to organising the staging of the property before sale, we achieved our price all because of Starr Partners efforts and Daniels guidance throughout the sale. Thanks again Daniel!

I received an email, text message or phone call every day which was most encouraging until I signed! We then had 4 Open Houses with poor attendance, maximum of 4 attendees per week - very uninspiring! I received no communication for 3 days after the first Open Day - I received a text message from Daniel's PA - I then had to ring Starr to find out the results. Over a four week campaign we had only 13 inspections - which I found underwhelming - the buyer had found the property on his daily walk NOT via Starr! Daniel was lovely, friendly and did predict the correct price range but proved an Auction was probably not the best option. Overall, a disappointing outcome possibly due to a overload of available properties for sale at the same time but I felt like I was not a priority !!
