What a con. Agents are supposed to look after the landlords interests, not try and fleece them of money. This >>>> In order to ask your tenant to pay the water usage at the premises you must meet state legislation requirements. A compliance certificate is required to be obtained before each new tenancy commences by a licensed plumber.<<< is absolute rubbish. There is no State legislation saying a plumber needs to certify the premises. These people are just looking after the plumber who must be rubbing his hands together. Now I wonder why, they are doing that? You figure it out. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
