I decided to sell my apartment which is a lovely one, so many real estate agents were so confident that I could get the best price and gave me a sales plan. I did my own market research and confirmed that Vanessa Kim, one of the many agents is ranked # 1 on all websites in Strathfield. I could not think of any other agent after the meeting with Vanessa, who prepared the report of the thorough market research. There was an unexpected intervention by another agent in the process of preparing an auction with her and preparing an open home every week. He was chewing up all the buyers that you could live at a cheaper price, with two bedroom apartments on the higher floors and the north facing the same block. The obstruction operation continued until the day of the auction and when I saw the progress of Vanessa stubbornly informing all of these situations as No. 1 Agent in Strathfield. At the time of the auction it was her true ability to lead all buyers in a humorous and casual way.
