We have been with Summit South West Realty for the last 4 years. Our experience with them has been fantastic. From finding the right tennant, to managing them, doing quarterly inspections and maintainence. Communication is always polite and I feel very comfortable with them managing our investment property, though we live in Perth. We understand that it may not be the agency’s fault but there have been a number of issues that we have raised and have not been notified by the agency as to whether they are going to be dealt with or not. We would appreciate being told what the owners response was and if they had not been able to get a response then to let us know that and maybe pursue it until they get one.
