Have done well in the last 3 months but in the past missed a number of faults i was not made aware of. This has unfortunately cost me a lot of higer costs to me in maintenance and no bond held for me to get repairs carried out. Although they are good at finding good tenants the detail on the property is not good when I pay them to look after my investment.
