I had been with another property management company for two years (my first experience with property managers) and it was awful. I had four agents on this time and nothing seemed to go right with my property. When my contract was close to expiring, I spoke to the agent who has been managing me and my husband as tenants. Tenaya is bright, bubbly, very switched on and extremely efficient. We had been very happy with her management of the property we were renting and I asked if she would manage my property. I could not have made a better decision. She has had to work through all the problems created from the previous agency which has been a huge workload. However she has made every effort to get my property back on track and done so with a professional and positive attitude. Tenaya keeps me in the loop and explains situations clearly and carefully. If I ask for something to be done, it is always done quickly and thoroughly. Nothing I ask is ever too much trouble. I could not be more grateful for Tenaya's hard work and I definitely made the right choice choosing her to manage my property.

Mitchell and myself, have found the most magnificent rental for the pair of us, and our dog! This is our first home rental, and we absolutely love the environment and land that we live on, the spacious room of this property is perfect for adventuring and doing what we love most, which is being at the beach!
