Awesome Property Manager
We have two properties with Summit and we could not ask for a better property manager in Casey. She is diligent, professional, knowledgeable and nothing is a hassle. We recommend her to everyone with investment properties.

Great Agency
Very hands on agents who keep owners well informed on their properties. Very good at communicating with both owners and tenants. Have used other agencies who did not communicate and where hard to contact. Highly recommend Summit Realty.

Consistent high standard of service
Summit has been managing our property for many years and has provided a consistent high standard of service. Inspections are very thorough and any issues with the property are immediately brought to our attention for remediation. During a time when we had challenging tenants, Summit handled the matter very professionally and provided support and advice to manage the situation. 5 Stars!

Awesome to deal with
Jacqui is super helpful with any issue or request that we have, as tenants this is key. She cares and if we have problems that arise they are rectified asap. Her communication and getting back to us is paramount to having a great relationship with Summit 👍🏻
