We have rented with the team for 5 years & have had nothing but efficient, professional & timely responses/experiences. Pleasant welcoming staff whether it be calls, or mails or face to face contact. Maintenance or repair issues attended to in a timely manner. Over our time with Summit there have been a couple of staff changes, but any that concerns our property management team, we are emailed about and kept informed. Would highly recommend.
