I have worked with Tracy now for nearly 10 years, buying and selling houses. Throughout this time I have developed a great respect for professionalism and trust in her judgments. She has always been honest and transparent and I love how she says it like it is without all the bureaucracy that can sometimes get in the way of reality!!! I would easily recommend Tracy if you want real, honest, down to earth advice and support. Does she ever turn her phone off????? Thanks for all your hard work and friendship as well.

I would not use anyone else than Tracy. She always keeps me informed, knows exactly what I want and does not waste my time in either buying or selling properties. She is knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. Very upfront, always available and streets ahead of anyone else in the business!

Tim's persistence and productivity gave us exposure and ultimately an offer. Tim achieved a reasonable price in a difficult market. Thanks Tim.

Having Tracy as our agent was the best decision we made. Tracy was extremely professional, personable and has a great market knowledge. We sold our house quickly and for a good price. We will definitely be using Tracy if we decide to sell again (although she found us our dream house).

I have many years experience as a real estate agent. Ruth demonstrated all the attributes of an excellent agent. She knows her product extremely well and was very helpful with all the administrative detail required after the sale was negotiated. I would definitely recommend her.

Ruth was clear and concise, she had an effective marketing plan. She communicated straight after our home open and viewings with relative feedback. We were never left in any doubt as to what was happening during the process which made it an effective and happy experience. She gave us ample notice for viewings which made it less stressful. Would highly recommend Ruth to any prospective seller or buyer.

We recently sold a property through Summit Realty and had Tracy as our sales representative. We found Tracy to be very professional in all our dealings with her. She was always pro-active and offering up ideas on presentation and timing of home opens and working hard to secure a sale for us. Peter and I have no hesitation in recommending Tracy to any prospective seller and we would definitely use her service again for any future sale we may engage in. Regards Peter & Kerry

I found Tracy very personable. Tracy followed up my queries promptly and kept me informed of the progress of the sale. I had hoped to hear from Tracy before now as a follow-up as to how everything is going and perhaps a celebratory bottle of wine which I have received in the past. I was not very impressed with the Settlement Agency and would not use them in the future. All in all, Tracy was very nice to deal with.
