I bought my home in July and agreed to a long settlement (Dec). Despite this long settlement period, the team always kept me up to date and were always happy to answer any queries I had. Viewing and sign up was easy with Digby and a follow up congratulations call from Tim was a lovely bonus. I dealt with Kellie for all the finer aspects of settlement such as structural, electrical etc checks and paperwork. When settlement finally arrived it was quick and smooth with a phone call to let me know my keys were ready for pick up. By 1pm the house was mine! I also received a final thanks and congratulations call from Tim. It’s lovely to know I was not just a name of a piece of paper once they had made their sale. Thanks Summit Southwest - my son and I love our new home and we couldn’t thank you enough!
