From the start of the process Ben was always prompt in response to our enquires answering all calls within the hour. The negotiation process was very efficient with his honest feedback making the decision to proceed a lot easier. Even after the offer was accepted he made time to follow up to see if we needed any assistance prior to settlement. The highlight was the genuine excitement in the big plans we spoke about for the block which is something we had never experienced with past agents as generally once the sale is done we never hear from them. Overall the easiest property purchase we’ve made and we thank Ben for his due diligence and patience.

I found the team very easy to deal with and the whole process was smooth. The only thing that I would say is that I didn't get a call at settlement. My sister was called as she was collecting the keys for me, but she had nothing to do with the actual purchase. As the purchaser it would of been nice to get that call.
