Daniel was great to deal with, very approachable, nothing was too much problem, he followed up checking issues were resolved prior to settlement, and acted as a point of contact between seller and buyer. We were only able to attend the final inspection after hours and Daniel didn't flinch in making himself available for the appointment. He followed up after settlement to make sure everything was OK and the complimentary gift basket was a nice touch. We would recommend Daniel for your real estate needs without hesitation.
