let it be known, I am a cynic by nature when dealing with what I consider to be sales people. Well here's an occasion that I need to wind my neck in and eat a little humble pie. Let me start by describing the man that appeared to guide us through the process of selling our home. Professional to the T, self presentation of confidence with a distinct lack of arrogance, articulate to the point of embarrassment of my own lack self expression. From that point I knew we were in good hands. The experience from then on was outstanding. Tim structured a full strategy and process to be followed in order achieve the goal. nothing was left to chance good luck or by chance timing. Goals, process, timing, how and by whom were all agreed. I think back to the basics; the Four P's, they were all well covered. In conclusion the thing that really stayed with me was, no matter how anxious or tense I became Tim was always calm and keeping the program on track (me as well). Would I use Tim again or recommend him, for sure, without any hesitation. Bottom line, did we achieve our goals? Yes, and I will again add; with professionalism and guidance throughout the process.
