No request was too big or too small for Tim. He was honest with his appraisal of what the property was worth and the time it would take to sell if we listened to his experience and followed his advice. We got very close to what we were hoping to get, our expectation was slightly higher. Tim was always willing to listen and only offered advice when or if we were getting off track or unrealistic with expectations. The property was listed and we had an acceptable offer within the two weeks that Tim suggested we would and it went unconditional within another two.

Ruth was friendly, personable and very easy to reach and she responded quickly to questions and requests. She handled our request for an additional viewing quickly and efficiently. As the buyer (inexperienced as I had not bought a property in over 25 years) it would have been a help if Ruth had a check list of things to look for and test, which she should insist are tested. We found many things after we took ownership that we should have known beforehand, and even though we had a final inspection with the owner present, neither I, the owner or Ruth had a list of tests that we should have performed. I blame myself for this, however a checklist might have avoided the surprises afterwards.
