The price was right for the time, although a $120,000.00 loss from purchase of the property a few years ago to sale was hard to take, but thats a sign of the times. The unit sold quickly and the sale was managed well. The only major problem was mine and that was my tenant who made things as hard as possible for every body Well done Tracy and your team
