From my first meeting with Adrian I was impressed with his easy but professional manner, it was over a coffee and was easy to make the decision to choose Adrian as the agent that I wanted to sell my house. His local market knowledge was great and he listened to my needs and thoughts on the sale strategy. Always contactable with feedback on the sale progress. Looks at changing strategies when the interest was slow and discussed options to change our tact to liven the interest, it worked and with only 4 weeks on market it sold for a Great price and finalized an easy experience due to Adrian’s experience. Thank you

Adrian did an amazing job in selling my property. The list of clients he has meant he was able to bring prospective buyers through my house before the first open for inspection and I sold my house within a week! Adrian worked hard to ensure I achieved the best price for my property.

Thank you Adrian, for selling my home! You were honest, trustworthy and completely results-driven, achieving a fantastic outcome for us. I really appreciated your constant updates and great service throughout the whole process. I bought this home through Adrian and now I’ve sold it through him, both times an amazing experience. Highly recommend not going with anyone else but with Adrian, you’re truly in good hands!

We met Freddy several times during many months of searching to find the right house. Freddy is a professional and friendly communicator, who presents himself very well. Freddy knew what we were looking for, and his proactive and diligent approach led us to the property we purchased. From the day we made an offer until settlement day, Freddy could always be relied upon and would assist anyway he could. I highly recommend Freddy and the Sweeney Caroline Springs team to anyone buying or selling.
