We feel he done his upmost to help us sell our house. He kept in touch with us through the whole duration of the campaign, giving us feedback on how to improve our chases of the sale of our house. The most impressive point was his final negotiation with the buyer to make the sale more prosperous especially in this climate and timing just before Christmas. We will not hesitate to recommend Adrian and Sweeney real estate to our friends and family

Adrian is amazing, he is very knowledgeable about the local area and real estate trends. From the moment I met him at an open house, he made the whole process of selling my house a breeze, he spent time to talk me through the process and got me in contact with some helpful services to get my house ready. I met with Adrian after I interview 2 other agents. From the moment he entered we knew immediately that he was the one for us. He made me feel very comfortable with the selling process and actually made me feel like I mattered and we worked together as a team to sell my house for a great result.

As I am not familiar with the property market from the area, Adrian made the process of selling my Mum's house easy for me, he provided excellent feedback and was always communicating with me. He dealt with my elderly Mother with care and compassion and made her experience easy. I would not hesitate to recommend Adrian and the team at Sweeney.
