I met Adrian on the day of the open house, but without my wife as she was working during the time of the open house. As I liked the house, I asked Adrian if he could arrange a second meeting later in the day, so that I could bring my wife to view the house. He had absolutely no problem in saying that he would try for this, and in fact did manage to get a further viewing. His helpfulness added to us buying the house. He was extremely helpful in dealing with the purchase of the house.

I meet Adrian 4 years ago when I came to Caroline Springs. I live interstate and Adrian was my eyes and ears. I rented the property out until the time was right to sell. I put my trust in Adrian and he helped me pre pare the home for sale with recommendations on how to achieve a great price. We sold for a price that was above my expextations. He allways updated me every step of the way . Thanks Adrian. Lets catch up next time in in the area.

Adrian was very empathetic to our situation of selling our late uncle's property - he was kind, considerate, gave regular updates and conducted his business with the utmost of professionalism. On top of this, he understood our price expectation and delivered that and then some. We would definitely recommend Adrian for the sale of your next property.

I would highly recommend Adrian if you are looking to sell your property. He is trustworthy and professional. He took time to understand what our intentions of the sale were and what we wanted to achieve. He then gave our sale his full attention and put together a sales package that best reflected what we required. Adrian is punctual, hard working, honest and trustworthy. He takes pride in his work and is highly professional. If you are nervous about the thought of going through a selling process I would recommend Adrian even more so.
