Adrian sold our house in 4 days which was above and beyond our expectations. He is very professional and worked extremely hard to get our house sold. Adrian is very approachable and always gave feedback after showing someone through. I had another Real Estate value 50,000 Plus under what Adrian valued and Adrian came through with the price he was confident he could get. My husband and I could not be happier and I would not hesitate in recommending Adrian to anyone and when the time comes will definately call on him again. THANK YOU ADRIAN!!

We bought through Adrian and had it not been for him, we probably wouldn't have seen our future home before someone else snapped it up! When we met him at an open house, he suggested it may have suited our needs better and we bought our home the same week!

You will not find a more approachable and down to earth real estate agent! It was such a pleasure working with Adrian to sell our home, and he and the Sweeney team went above and beyond to get us an amazing result in only 2 days! We couldn't be happier! Thank you again Adrian!

Adrian is a very friendly and experienced professional who has assisted us in selling our property within less than a month time. The sale price sits within the market appraisal provided (highest of the three sought from various agents in the area) and well meets our expectation. Adrian is a good communicator and I appreciated the constant updates from the start. I would definitely engage Adrian again in the future for any property transactions I may have in Caroline Springs.
