Adrian had great market knowledge of the local area. Adrians professionalism was outstanding throughout the process. While the price did not meet our expectation, I believe this was more to do with the timing of the auction so close to Christmas than any other factor. Adrian and his team did everything possible to bring people through the property and I would be more than happy to use his services again.
