Adrian is an amazing agent, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was professional from the start, he is honest, and didn't harass us before we signed with him, like other agents have, and that is one of the biggest reasons we did sign with him, other agents take note. Adrian kept us informed what was happening during the whole process, always gave us plenty of time to prepare for inspections and open houses. He worked tirelessly to get us a good price for our house, which we are very happy with, especially in this current climate, and he is still keeping us informed of the process and next steps. This is the third house we have sold and in the past we always had problems or issues with estate agents, not with Adrian, I will always recommend Adrian and Sweeney to anyone who is buying, selling or looking to rent.
