Adrian was a pleasure to deal with he was always earlier at our appointments than required. I never had to call him for updates as he always was ahead of where things were at. Very happy with his friendly nature and all requirements I had. Thanks Adrian and Sweeny Real Estate.

We've now sold 3 properties through Glenn in 4 years. This guy is a legend!! He's gotten us a much better deal than expected with each of the 3 sales, and especially the latest one. He didn't stop at the amount that *we* were happy with, he kept going until he got the amount that *he* was happy with. I also really appreciated that he kept us up to date each step of the negotiations, and we didn't have to chase him up once. Can't recommend Glenn highly enough.

As most people do, I did my research on who I wanted to sell my property, and I came across Glenn from Sweeney Caroline Springs. I sent my enquiry through and within 2 minutes, I had a return phone call introducing himself and scheduling in a time to meet. This was my first insight into Glenn's efficiency. Upon meeting, we shook hands and knew from our discussion, Glenn was the one who I wanted to sell our family home. Our home sold within a week at a price that we only dreamt of thanks to Glenn. His communication was exceptional and provided us with updates every step of the way from start to finish. He knows the property market, he is local to the area and his results were outstanding. Glenn surprised me from start to finish and we cannot thank him enough for such a quality and wonderful experience selling our home. Thanks Glenn, I will be recommending you to my friends, family and neighbours! Kristy and Regan Beasley

I would highly recommend Glenn Grech and Nathan Hunt from Sweeney in Caroline Springs. It's always stressful dealing with an agent but Sweeney made the transition so easy and achieving the highest price sold in Burnside Heights. The team are excellent and communication levels are of a high standard. Would definitely use again.
