(301 reviews)

About Grant

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent, Auctioneer and NSW Real Estates Sales Manager since 1997, Grant Larsen has developed a complete understanding of the local market and knowledge of the area, something that is of enormous value when choosing an agent to buy or sell your property. Grant's success and innovation recently earned him the distinction of being named a Top Agent in Australia, by Top Agent Magazine, the premier real estate magazine featuring the most reputable agents from around the world. 'I'm big on communication. I keep in constant communication throughout the entire transaction with all parties involved, giving continuous feedback and making sure that everyone stays well-informed. But I'm definitely not a pushy salesperson. People need time to make up their minds. I see myself as a facilitator, putting people together and then helping to guide and advise them so they can make their own strong decisions. I find out what they want the outcome to be and then we work together as a team to achieve it. I want them involved in the decision making process.' Due to Grant's ability to deliver on his promises and to provide honest, upfront and valuable advice, close to 95 per cent of his work comes from repeat business or referrals, and his excellent track record is testament of his outstanding negotiating skills. This, together with Grant's extensive background in the building industry, including as General Manager of an international building company, provides a strong understanding of the selling process and gives his clients the peace of mind that every transaction will be as smooth as possible and that they will be kept fully informed throughout the process. Thanks to my clients who have voted me among the Top 5 Agents in Coffs Harbour for 2019 and 2020 and Agent of The Year - Sapphire Beach for 2020

Excellent communication, responsive and helpful

We met Melissa while travelling throughout Australia and came across a beautiful property listed with The Edge Coffs Harbour. Being based in Western Australia and so far from home, it was incredibly reassuring to have an agent who was responsible, professional and understanding of our situation. Melissa went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her excellent local knowledge, communication and willingness to assist us from afar played a huge part in helping us successfully purchase our new home. We are extremely grateful for Melissa’s professionalism, expertise and genuine care throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and dedicated real estate agent.

Always receptive and helpful

Melissa has been very professional and prompt in all of our dealings with her, such as answering queries, arranging inspections and attending to many other issues as they arose. Her work ethic and kind nature made a potentially difficult purchase process, due to many concurrent personal factors, as smooth and hassle free as possible. She went above and beyond what we expected and we would rate our purchase experience with Melissa as exceptional.

Polite, professional and wise, enhanced by warmth are the words we would use to sum up Grant Larsen.

Twice we have experienced Grant as our agent, the first being both a buy and a sell, the second a sell only. On each occasion he proved wise in his advice on price, cognisant of any need for us to adjust our position. His negotiating skills are gentlemanly, drawing one to agreement rather than pushing. Grant utilised his years of experience in real estate and the connections he has made in the community to give us wise advice and assistance on the road to both purchase and sale. Having a skilled and experienced agent like Grant reduces the stress of what is an infrequent and little-known process for people like us. He made us feel comfortable and trusting of his judgement and confident in decisions we needed to make.

Extremely helpful and supportive

As a first time home buyer Amy was extremely helpful and supportive, talking us through the process, was patient and informative. Amy also helped us negotiate with the sellers to purchase equipment they no longer needed.
