Right from the word go

Right from the word go Tom presented himself as the person to go forward with for the sale of my parents deceased estate. Tom was very professional, without being over the top and made the process during a difficult time, simple. He kept us up to date after every open home and followed up with an email. The property took approximately 3-4 weeks to sell in a declining market which we were very happy with.

We couldn't ask for more!

Brett was recommended by Todd Hunter, of Harbour Conveyancing, and this recommendation was spot on. Brett's attention to detail, keeping us informed and giving unbiased advice meant we felt in safe hands. Brett gave potential buyers good opportunities to explore the rural property. He held many open days to capitalise on the many inquiries. In the selling period the market slowed and Brett suggested and implemented strategies to maintain interest in the property and closed a successful sale. He is reliable and tactful and is extremely likeable. He always left us to decide how to respond to potential buyers. We recommend Brett as an estate agent with integrity and experience.
