I appointed Joy to look after the sale of my father’s house in Carlingford. I didn’t talk to any other agents as it’s obvious she’s the number one in the area. Her fees/rate was more than fair. She had a team of people to prepare the property for maximum potential. Her service was phenomenal. I have bought and sold property my whole life and her service compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past was like night and day. Advised me not to take an early offer I wanted to take and in turn secured me an extra 1/4 million dollars. Unheard of!!! She could’ve run with the offer and picked up a commission straight away but she didn’t even entertain it. Knows her area like no other. If your selling in her area look no further than Joy. Truely cares about her work/results and knows who’s side she’s on.

Joi and the team are really helpfull in buying and selling . They try to fully understand buyers and sellers situation and fit everything accordingly , so that its not too much of pressure on seller to make the property ready for sell and make the buyer comfortable and explain them the benefits of the property to match the price .
