Andrew's communication, instructions and advice were clear and concise, his communication skills were excellent. We were always kept up to date with the process of the sale and he achieved a prompt and very satisfactory outcome for us. We were presented with some awkward moments during the sale due to a break in, we were overseas and Andrew assisted us (did most of the footwork and communication with our solicitor). Andrew's cooperation, diligence and professional approach was second to none. We found him outstanding to work with.
