The sale process was long and frustrating due to several uncontrollable factors, but Karl never deviated from our plan, and would always come to me with suggestions, but was also willing to listen and adjust to my input without bias. Karl's team in the background were also absolute champions right through the whole process. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.
