Our dealing with Matt were short but sweet cause he sold our house soooo quick. He was very keen right from the start and knew he could get the job done for us. He was very thorough and kept us up to date with what was going on. I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the Cairns area.

From the first open home Matthew came across as welcoming, genuine and energised. With such a crazy period in realestate it was good to have the support of Matthew through the process of purchasing my new home.

From the very first time you meet Tim, you get the feeling you have met an agent that is very special. We starting dealing with Tim 2 years before we actually sold our apartment, just to test the market, have an appraisal, and although we didn’t end up going to sale, Tim was just happy to be help. We never once felt pressured, never once felt like he wanted the sale; In fact we always felt like he had our best interests at heart. When we did decide the time was right, Tim stepped in like a pro and made everything happen like a dream. He was very transparent, extremely honest, but most importantly, he was attentive; you always feel like he is “your agent” and only yours. His methodical process during a sale is perfect and you know what is happening when it is supposed to. He has a level of emotional intelligence far beyond his years, and can read the room well. We would highly recommend that you utilise “our agent” Tim Lyon for your sale, as we are sure he will quickly become your agent too!

However there were several faults in the property that were not disclosed to me. The bathroom was advertised as ‘ renovated’ but had a shower where water runs away from the drain. The sink pipes were not professionally installed so leaked and all the fittings have fallen of the wall. Either the owner lied or Karen did not disclose these faults to ke

Matthew's knowledge of real estate is of a very high standard, he has been extremely confident and direct in all my meetings with him and has kept me up to date with all that was happening during the process and I have never had any doubts about the sale or process because he was always available to answer any queries or doubts I had about anything. I would have no problem at all in recommending him to anyone I knew who was thinking of selling their home. It was very obvious to me that he would always push for the best results for his clients and he made me feel very confident about the best result I could have had for my sale. I doubt I would have had such a good result on my sale but for Matthew's confidence and knowledge. He also has a very pleasant, friendly and outgoing personality.

Having been in two minds of selling we entrusted Giles to contact his extensive list of potential buyers which generated enough interest in property to sell off market easily, stress free and for maximum price. Communication was frequent and Giles was always available! Working in the finance industry I will certainly recommend Giles for my clients.

As owners living in another state, we were very impressed with Tim who looked after our interests and managed the sale of our property without any issues. The long distance presented no hurdles for Tim who constantly kept us informed at every step of the way. Great to deal with someone who is both professional and enthusiastic. Thanks Tim for making the process painless!
