Rachael had the initiative to contact me after she sold unit 58 at coral sands I was most impressed when I called her! Her knowledge of the local market was impressive and when decided to put it on the market she did all the groundwork as we are in Melbourne. She organised the advertising and negotiated the inspections with a difficult on site manager and achieved a higher price than inspected in couple of weeks into the campaign. It was the record price for a unit in Coral Sands. Her after sale service was outstanding and did all the work when we remotely in Melbourne!
