Excellen communication of the steps and processes from the outset and through to the sale. Very helpful with organising tradespeople and cleaners etc as we were not in town for the open houses. We would highly recommend Giles to anyone considering selling.

Giles has been amazing to deal with for the sale of our house. He guided us through the process professionally and with ease. Our family couldn’t have been happier with the sale and we are very grateful for Giles’s knowledge and expertise. Would highly recommend Giles as a supportive and honest agent.

We purchased our Cairns property from interstate, and relied heavily on Karl and the team at Twomey Schriber Property Group to take us through the process. This home will eventually be ours to live in for the long term, so it was critical that we received the most accurate information and advice. Karl was outstanding in this regard, and kept us informed and updated throughout. We are so grateful for his expert local knowledge and professional approach, and can't wait to get to Cairns and enjoy our new home!

Shira left no stone unturned in helping us prepare our house for sale and in marketing it. She is always very professional whilst warm and friendly. Her experience reading people and understanding what they want in a property, together with her outstanding negotiating skills resulted in us achieving a sale price well above our expectations. Shira is the most hardworking, dedicated and reliable agent we have ever worked with and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She kept us informed every step of the way and gave prospective buyers the same courtesy. This is the second property Shira has sold for us and won't be the last.
