Rachael had the initiative to contact me after she sold unit 58 at coral sands I was most impressed when I called her! Her knowledge of the local market was impressive and when decided to put it on the market she did all the groundwork as we are in Melbourne. She organised the advertising and negotiated the inspections with a difficult on site manager and achieved a higher price than inspected in couple of weeks into the campaign. It was the record price for a unit in Coral Sands. Her after sale service was outstanding and did all the work when we remotely in Melbourne! I thoroughly recommend using Rachael for any Cairns property especially if you are buying or selling remotely as we were!

Tim helped me find my apartment, and as my circumstances changed, he helped me sell it, which was perfect! It was a difficult sale as the purchasers had so many caveats and restrictions on settlement date which was very difficult to work with and throughout Tim was as helpful as he could be despite the problem of the purchasers. I was very happy to contact Tim exclusively again and let him guide me with the sale. I met many agents in the search for a new home and many were so unprofessional and unethical and I am very disappointed that there aren't more Tim Lyon's in the Cairns market. Tim is ethical, professional, personable, responsible and results driven. Everything an agent needs to be and something that many agents in Cairns should aspire to.
