I am an interstate investor and I was fortunate to purchase a property being sold by Kev Twomey. He provided me with detailed local knowledge, had excellent communication skills - always called when he promised and always picked up his phone when I called. As I purchased the home sight unseen, Kev took a video throughout the house and even had floor plans drawn up so that I could see the layout. He ensured the sale was smooth and I was delighted with his professional manner.

Giles had thorough knowledge of the Cairns market, was respectful and communicative, gave us wonderful advice on preparing our home for sale, had a great marketing strategy, and sold it after only one weekend of open homes. With three children under 6 years old, a potentially stressful experience was instead relatively painless and very successful. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend Giles as an agent.

My wife and I have known Kevin, now, for a number of years and during that time we have become greatly impressed by his drive and sense of purpose in everything he undertakes. So, when we recently decided to sell our home, calling on his services was 'a given' and we can state with conviction that at no stage did he let us down. His professional approach to all aspects of the transaction both with marketing our property and attracting an overseas buyer as well as his detailed attention to currency exchange and associated legal matters proved our decision to be the correct one.

Kev provided me with the very best in service when selling my property during a very emotional time. He provided empathy and continued to keep me informed and obtained the best price for my home. Kev went out of his way to attend to the many requirements taking pressure away from me and showing his understanding as I continued to work. Kev was always ready to take my call. His experience and knowledge is only surpassed by his honesty and ethical behaviour. Thanks Kev and Holly.

My wife and I bought a house recently through Kev Twomey. Kev had a positive and professional outlook. He enthusiastically assisted in all the required steps associated with purchasing a house. He was punctual when face to face meetings were required and assisted with all the enquiries we had. My wife and I would recommend Kev to all potential buyers and sellers.
