Our property presented beautifully - both online and in real life. ✅✅✅ When we interviewed other agents not one of them said they could arrange all of this, but rather made us feel like we had to organise it all, which can be daunting. An untenanted property means no rent coming in. Time was of the essence. It was also nearing Christmas which comes with other challenges. We received an offer on the first day via a video walk through. One on the second day from an actual walk through - the offer we accepted. We still went through with the first open home just to see and also received an offer that day. The offer we accepted was conditional upon the sale of a property which naturally posed some concerns. Rachel was also able to secure the listing of said property which was great for all parties involved.
