Zoe stayed on schedule and advised briefly every time interest was shown in the property. Zoe was highly organised. Practical to a tee and it was as if she was selling her own property the care she took in getting it sold. I am happy to recommend Zoe to anyone interested in having a hassle free sale.

I had a great experience with Zoe, I felt like she had my best interest in mind and was there every step of the way. It was our first investment and we't very smoothly, I would recommend and not think twice about working with Zoe again. Thank you for everything.

Mat was the sellers agent but was always accommodating and friendly during the process. He was quick to respond to our queries and made the process easy and straight forward. Thanks to Mat and Joel for all their help and making the purchase a breeze.

I was very impressed with Karl Latham and his team at Twomey Schriber. Karl had an excellent knowledge of the market and he and the team communicated clearly and helpfully every step of the way to achieve a great result.

I recently sold an apartment in an off-market sale using the services of Tim Lyon. From our first conversation to the successful settlement of the property only six weeks later, Tim was the epitome of professionalism and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough, he achieved my desired price, negotiated settlement, co-ordinated with the existing tenant for a seamless transition and arranged various tradespeople to carry out necessary works prior to settlement. If you are looking for a highly credentialed agent with the utmost integrity who specialises in apartment selling, you have found the right person in Tim.

I recently bought a house through Karl and found both Karl and Karl's assistant Andrea very helpful throughout the entire process. Good communication and advice in a timely manner and I felt like both sides of the party (seller and buyer of the house) were being looked after. A very good recommendation from Andrea for a Conveyancer/Solicitor as well, super- efficient and switched on! Many thanks.
