We have been with Waratah for several months now. They have been so helpful with all aspects from moving in until ongoing maintenance issues. Our turn around time from inspection/application/ moving in was quite fast and they communicated great throughout the whole process. Specifically we deal with Neetu who always helps us with any issues we have and is always willing to help where she can. We cannot recommend this real estate as a tenant or landlord high enough. Lovely to deal with and extremely professional.
